feat: Redesign frontend as IBM CICS 3270 terminal simulation ... 72a8e02c86

Full visual overhaul to authentic CICS mainframe aesthetic:
- 3270 color attributes: blue labels, cyan data, yellow titles, green
  normal, red errors, pink admin/modified fields
- Dashboard restructured as HUE1 transaction with live clock, operator
  info line, columnar light list, RESPONSE bar, and PF-key footer
- Login redesigned as CESN sign-on screen with USERID/PASSWORD ===> layout
- LightCard converted from card to CICS list row (SEQ, NAME, STATUS,
  brightness slider, ACTIVATE/DEACTIVATE command)
- Admin styled as HUEA transaction with CICS chrome
- CRT scanline overlay retained; font-weight 700 throughout
- Deployed as frontend image v1.3.0
